Unique Karndean Border

A unique Karndean Design Flooring installation using the Da Vinci range, RP96 Limed Silk Oak with a border using two 3mm black feature strips between a 5mm white feature strip.

Our client, who had just purchased a new property in Bristol, was looking to create a bold and stunning feature with their new flooring. After much deliberation and guidance at our showroom in choosing the perfect product with the look and feel the client had invisioned prior to approaching AA Flooring, they chose a Karndean Design Flooring LVT product from the Da Vinci range, RP96 Limed Silk Oak. The client opted to have their Karndean floor fitted straight with a border throughout. Generally, most customers tend to have a single feature strip seperating their floor and their border, however our client was very keen to create something that looks very bold and unique so we discussed the possibility of placing two 3mm black feature strips between a 5mm white feature strip. Our client absolutely loved the idea and once they had seen an example of how this design will look in our showroom using full size samples, they were delighted and wanted to go ahead with the fit as soon as possible. Once the installation was complete our client came back to let us know how pleased they were with the entire process, start to finish, and also how thrilled they are with the look of their floor.

I happened to be working from home yesterday and I was so impressed by the way they quietly got on with the task. They worked quickly and acted in a professional manner, Ellis is a great ambassador for the business, you must be very proud of him.

I apologised to Ellis that our kitchen fitter had overran so the house wasn’t in a great state, with stuff everywhere and he was very understanding and worked around him.
