A client who we had previously completed a few commercial projects with contacted us wanting to replace the flooring throughout their new home. They had seen a design feature that we had fitted on a project he had managed and wanted to have a similar one installed.
Our client managed a few large commercial projects we had been involved in, one of which we had fitted a design feature using Karndean Design Flooring. They were astonished by how remarkably impressive the feature looked and was curious about the possibility of having a similar feature fitted into his home. We arranged a consultation at our showroom where we first began to present the various design features achievable using Karndean Design Flooring. Our client found that from the seven standard designs to choose from, the Celtic design feature was the most suited to their existing decor and themes. They wanted the design feature to be created in a dark wood effect product to match their doors and skirting. Following the choice on the design feature was started to discuss the options for the floor covering being laid into the hallway. Our design team put forward several ideas that would all complement the area well. The client chose Karndean Design Flooring KP105 White Painted Oak from the Knight Tile range and opted to have it laid on a 45 degree angle with a border throughout. Following the consultation we carried out a survey of the area to ensure the subfloor was in a sound condition and no additional preparation works would be required to achieve the desired finish. The works were all completed without any issues arising and the finished result is incredibly striking and memorable. Our client was thrilled with their new floor and said he would highly recommend us to anyone wanting to create a statement with their floor covering.

Just want to say how impressed Mark and I have been with Ellis and Dan.
I happened to be working from home yesterday and I was so impressed by the way they quietly got on with the task. They worked quickly and acted in a professional manner, Ellis is a great ambassador for the business, you must be very proud of him.
I apologised to Ellis that our kitchen fitter had overran so the house wasn’t in a great state, with stuff everywhere and he was very understanding and worked around him.
Today should be much easier as we’ve cleared the entire area and banned the kitchen fitter for the morning!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company, the flooring looks great and the service we’ve received from you, Andy and Ellis has been exceptional, thank you.
