A couple visited our showroom to have a look at the different flooring options available for their home. During the consultation they found that Karndean Design Flooring Art Select Blond Oak AP01 Parquet was the perfect choice. They also opted for a two tile border around the perimeter.
During our open hours, a couple popped into our showroom to have a look at the various flooring options available as they were considering replacing the flooring to the ground floor of their home. They didn't have much idea as to what they wanted but after a collaborate effort with our design team they found and fell in love with the look of Karndean wood effect flooring. We discussed the different ranges and the benefits of each range. Our customers found that Blond Oak AP01 from the Art Select range was the perfect product for them. We showed them imagery of a Karndean parquet fit we had previously completed where the customer had a border around the perimeter, they really liked the idea and decided to have a two tile border througout. They were eager to have the fit carried out as soon as possible, and was schedualed in at our next available opportunity. A survey was carried out prior to the fit date to check the measures and also ensure the subfloors were smooth and sound. The subfloor was in pretty good condition and no more than a 3mm coat of latex smoothing compound was required to leave ready to receive the new floor covering.

Just want to say how impressed Mark and I have been with Ellis and Dan.
I happened to be working from home yesterday and I was so impressed by the way they quietly got on with the task. They worked quickly and acted in a professional manner, Ellis is a great ambassador for the business, you must be very proud of him.
I apologised to Ellis that our kitchen fitter had overran so the house wasn’t in a great state, with stuff everywhere and he was very understanding and worked around him.
Today should be much easier as we’ve cleared the entire area and banned the kitchen fitter for the morning!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company, the flooring looks great and the service we’ve received from you, Andy and Ellis has been exceptional, thank you.
