Multi Occupancy House

The new owner of a multi occupancy house (HMO) approached us at the beginning of the summer wanting to replace all of the old carpet throughout the building with a fresh and easily cleanable carpet.

After taking ownership of a HMO registered property, our client wanted to replace all the old carpet throughout with new and easily cleanable carpet. They already had a good idea of their colour choice; grey. Following the initial consultation at our showroom with our design team, our client was able to choose the carpet the had in mind prior to their visit. Thereafter we attended a survey at the property where we measured all of the areas and also checked the subfloors to ensure no additional preparation works would be required. Once we had our measures and had the product choice from our client we provided a quotation to them which they were happy to go ahead with. The works were scheduled in at our next available opportunity. Our client was very happy with the new and fresh look to the property and began looking for tenants to move in soon after.

I happened to be working from home yesterday and I was so impressed by the way they quietly got on with the task. They worked quickly and acted in a professional manner, Ellis is a great ambassador for the business, you must be very proud of him.

I apologised to Ellis that our kitchen fitter had overran so the house wasn’t in a great state, with stuff everywhere and he was very understanding and worked around him.

Today should be much easier as we’ve cleared the entire area and banned the kitchen fitter for the morning!
