Just want to say how impressed Mark and I have been with Ellis and Dan.

I happened to be working from home yesterday and I was so impressed by the way they quietly got on with the task. They worked quickly and acted in a professional manner, Ellis is a great ambassador for the business, you must be very proud of him.

I apologised to Ellis that our kitchen fitter had overran so the house wasn’t in a great state, with stuff everywhere and he was very understanding and worked around him.

Today should be much easier as we’ve cleared the entire area and banned the kitchen fitter for the morning!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company, the flooring looks great and the service we’ve received from you, Andy and Ellis has been exceptional, thank you.
